The dialogue of digital technologies with Semiotics is relevant to approach the problem of communication processes seen under the scope of digital processing and considered, from their user's point of view, as "meaning" and "transformation" of their practices. We question the SMS (Shorts Service Message) facility and its stakes in the field of communication, characteristic of current interpersonal statements, as creative challenges (either claimed or real) under the lighting of "fragmentary writing ".
