Microwave Split-Ring Resonator for Microplasmas Generation in Hollow-Core Optical Waveguides

Résumé

We report on creation of micro-confined microwave-driven plasmas sustained in a 200µm diameter argon-filled hollow-core optical waveguide using a highly compact split-ring resonator.
