Sintering behaviour of some Tunisian clay mixtures
Résumé
The sintering behaviour of some Tunisian clay mixtures was investigated in the temperature range [900, 1150°C] by studying the bulk density evolution as a function of the sintering temperature and/or the mixture composition. In fact, it was shown that, whatever the mixture composition, the clays behave independently of one another and the system seems governed by the major clay during sintering.
