This paper reports the synthesis of newchlorin-polyamineconjugates designed to improve the targeting of cancer cells. Photocytotoxicactivity of these photosensitizers was tested against human chronic myelogenous leukemia cells (K562) and compared to the effects of Photofrin II® and chlorin e6.
