Oxydation du nitrure de titane par la vapeur d'eau.
Résumé
Titanium nitride oxidation with water vapour - hydrogen mixtures between 890 and 1020°C is characterized by the formation of a porous rutile layer and intergranular substrate attack which occurs a short time after the beginning of the reaction. The resulting change in the reactive surface area leads to a sigmoidal kinetic curve related to a reaction process located at the nitride-oxide interface.
